Do bring cash or check, no credit cards accepted. Not open on weekends.
Owner is always friendly and recognizes regulars. The best chicken wings and cream cheese wontons anywhere. The buffet is quite small, but the quality of food is better than other buffets. Our family and friends have been going for 20+ years and never had a bad experience. Don't expect an impressive atmosphere, but do expect good food and service. -

This place has the best chicken wings on the lunch menu don't get anything other than the chicken wings with the duck sauce on the side best chicken wings around.

I've been eating here for over 20 years. Traveling up to an hour, one way, to get their food as I've moved around the cities throughout the years. My favorite Chinese Food that I've tried anywhere. It's hard to find the small diameter lo mein noodles, this place has them. I don't like feeling like I'm eating a thick, soupy spaghetti when I get lo mein. This place does it right. Food and portions are consistent and the price is comparable to any other chinese food place. The owner, Sam, and his restaurant are a staple of White Bear Lake and he is grateful for your business.

This place is my childhood comfort food. I always get takeout. Fantastic beef fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. Make sure u get the sauce on the side for take out. Sam (owner) is always there and almost always comes out to say hi, even though I can only get there once or twice a year.

I grew up in White Bear Lake and while I have been living in Washington DC for over a decade, I always make a trip (or two) to King City. They have the best pork fried rice. I've had Chinese food all up and down the east coast and I always wish it tasted like "King City". Sure there isn't a huge selection but what they serve is amazing! It's not overly greasy like many Chinese Restaurants, and I have never been disappointed! Been going here for 20 years and will continue to do so when I visit my mom once a year!
